Records you can show haven’t changed.
Every reading, correction and change is linked into a hash chain as it is stored. A checkpoint is emailed to your administrators each day, so you hold your own copy of the proof.
What you get
Readings are never rewritten
A saved reading cannot be edited or deleted through the app. A mistake is put right with a correction recorded alongside the original.
A chain of fingerprints
Each record’s fingerprint includes the one before it. Change or remove any record and the chain breaks from that point on.
Daily checkpoints by email
The day’s checkpoint goes to your administrators’ inboxes, outside our systems, to compare against later.
Check it any time
Managers can recompute the whole chain from the app and see whether every record still matches.
A full audit trail
Every record created or changed in the register, rules and follow-up work is logged with who did it and when.
Fingerprinted files
Imported spreadsheets and exported audit packs carry SHA-256 fingerprints, so a copy can be checked against the original.
What we claim, exactly
Tamper-evident means a change would show, not that a change is impossible. The chain proves records were not changed after we stored them. It says nothing about whether a duty was met, and for another supplier’s sensors it proves what they sent and when, not that their sensor was right.
